:welcome:This was my second tank... a standard 20 gallon.

i had great memories with this tank including a few puffers, 4 wonderful gold barbs, and a sandworm!-which mysteriously appeared in my tank somehow, someway sometime...
At an Unknown date.-the glasses in the middle and left were made of real crystal- from my dads restaurant.

My first Apple Snail.-this thing was super! i loved this little guy.

Different Angle.- I also loved my plants... i forgot how i lost these... but the plant to the extreme right didnt die until i gave my tank away

Another shot of my Apple snail.- i loved how u can see its lungs and flaps moving around.

A right side shot...- i had a 45 watt marineland heater with a 120 gph Powerhead.

A closer shot at a different date...

A dated photo... the next two are probably the same day as the plant/arrangements are similar.

Thats it... its the only pix i have of my tank.. as i get older and move out of my mommies house, i hope to get a 200 gallon freshwater tank in my bedroom fitted with the works!

I hope you enjoyed it. thanks for looking!:headbang2:

Nice.

i've never seen glasses in a tank before. that is definitely a conversation tank. hehe.

and if you ever run out of dishes.... wah wah wahhhhh

Now that is a great to grow plants, I agree with Q...that is cool...tank looks great...and hope you can get the 200 ASAP...:)

Why did you give the tank away?

arg:mad2: i ask myself the same question now...

at the time i felt it was just consuming my resources... and probably not giving me back what i expected. the java moss growing was a pain and had me frustrated.

i suppose another thing was because what i truly wanted was a couple of little puffers... either GSP's or Dwarf Puffs. i owned a few and they're great little guys! tons of personality for fishes.

i remember i had one that would just sit on the very top of a plastic plant and just watch what was happening outside of the tank.

each one has its very own personality and thats a great thing to have in aqua hobby.

another thing is what they eat. they dont consume anything and that says another thing.

when i bought my first pair of GSP's they never ate freeze dried plankton but my second pair went nuts for them and i hand fed them. I loved it :)

one thing i know they all love are Pond Snails!!! and i love them too because they can clean up the excess and in the little nooks and crannies. like 50 tiny Roomba vacuums constantly cleaning up the place and laying a million eggs.

i hope this next tank works out well. so far i wish to have a planted tank with a few beautiful fishes, a few snails and a few shrimps! as well as alot of java moss.

Tanks for the comments on the tank! and the glasses hehe. i didnt want them at the floor so i brought them up to the surface and they grew beautifully. i loved that plant... too bad i never know the names... im too lazy to begin identifying so many different plants.
and plates, Haha i've tried a clear glass cigarette/cigar dish but it didnt fit in very well... it was about 7 inches in diameter... also a shot glass but that didnt work out as i expected either...
