How aggressive are flowerhorns? Can they be kept in a 120 gal cummunity tank with 2x oscars,1x JD, and a green terror?

I would say that the tank is already stocked to the limit there, but FHs are more aggressive than anything already in the tank. They'll reduce it to a tank of one or maybe two as they grow.

yea flowerhorns are almost always kept as solitary fish because of their nasty habit of killing everything else in the tank, if they cannot keep up with the aggression too. the only thing i have even seen put up with a flowerhorn in the same tank was a 12" jaguar and a 10" FH in a 150g. but if you want to see all your fisah die then you could put a FH in a community. but i kinda just depends on what the FH was bred from.

FHs will own all those fish. I have 3 FHs in a tank w/3 red devils. even the lowlyest FH dominates all the devils. FHs amazingly have very IMPRESSIVE teeth for their size. and they grow VERY FAST, I dare to say, even FASTER then devils & oscars.

Since one of the species that is crossbred to make the flowerhorn is the Trimac, it would be way way too aggressive to add with most other fish. If you had a 240gal you could probably get away with adding some other large aggressive cichlids.
