lets play count the tanks...
1 80 gal community 6-7-8 cichlid tank
1 35 gal fry tank currently had a bunch of yellow labs
2 30 gal tanks 1 with 3 mean convicts and one currently vacant
1 40 gal with a crap load of jewels, red devils, and convicts in it
1 20 gal Red Cherry Shrimp tank.
1 15 plant tank. currently growing water plants.
1 15 gal live food holding tank. last meal crickets.
265 US gal of tank space. MTS victim. I need another 80 gal. :wall:
What I feed my tanks...
chopped beef heart.
Live food (crickets,worms,bugs,whatever is unfortunate enough be trapped in the house or at the pond or in the yard)
Green food as a staple (home made food shrimp, spirlina, veggies, jello, liquid multivitamins).
NLS pellets when i run out of the good stuff.
Frozen bloodworm.
Frozen and live brine Shrimp.
heh i think they eat better then i do.
My fish dont know what flake food is. I got the beasts trained for a dinner bell, a small silver bell drives em nuts, They know when it rings its time to eat. Pavlov had his dog I have my fish. when i introduce em to new food i ring the bell get em all worked up and drop in the new food, its something to see. the new stuff never lasts longer then a few seconds after hitting the water.
