Can they be stocked with rams and angels?

How big of a tank? Footprint really determines everything. Theorectically yes, but it still depends.

kribs or krib?

breeding pair or not?

you could definitely put at least one in there. Might want to watch them to make sure you didn't get a nasty one, but it will have plenty of space and be fine

if you are breeding them this may change though. breeding cichlids are a bia

what's bia?

You'd probably do best if you did kribs or rams not both as they both like the bottom. Either could get along with angels. Just watch for nipping as with any other fish and angels.

I believe that it is slang for "a female dog"...

technically (and some people will argue on and on for days about this) you shouldn't put kribs in as they are africans and rams and angels are SA/CA but that point aside, make sure the rams and kribs havetheir own space and i think you'll be ok with both. rams like a nice flat surface to brees on so if one of them is permitted i think they'll leave the kribs alone
