i have a pond with out a filter, i do water changes! The fish are healthy the water clear and the plants growing like mad! What do you think of this?

pics? what type of bottom do you have on your pond? how deep is it?

i think its fine, my firend had a pond for 6 years without a filter or any waterchanges or cleaning, the fish grew, bred, and were happy, they didnt feed the fish ether. i think the pond was over 20,000G it was over 50'x50' and 2'-6' deep, whatever that equals, but yeah, it made its own ecosystem and had lots of insects in it for food, and all the good stuff, they shut it down and gave me the fish, there was atleast 100, and it only had 2 when the pond first started.

I dont have a digital camera!
it has a plastic pond liner, i cant remember the names of the plants, 2 oxygenators and a water lily. The fish are goldfish, there are 8.

8 goldfish in a 30 gallon tub is destined for disaster if you ask me. How new is it?

well i gave away 4 goldfish.
the oxygenator is elodea crispa, the lily is still unknown, sorry.
its only 2 months old.
