There are ones called "Small World" filters that are meant to go in those gallon square critter boxes. Bleh that Whisper 3i is junk. There's no oxygen exchange or anthing from it, it's such a tiny flow. I pulled mine apart, and have the tube going straight up through behind the filter, and it's completely submerged. I get more action from the bubbles hitting the service, then their operation.

You could look into Penn-Plax as well. But I think there are tiny clear HOB from Aquaclear if you look at Petsmart/Petco sites.

thanks.

I'll search under small world filters. (Hopefully I don't get Lichtenstein stuff)

I've been doing that (with a previous fish), but I'd like a little current in there.

(Kinda wish the wife and kid would have gotten me a 2.5 or 5 gallon office tank).

This is what I have (minus the betta...he jumped and died - I forgot to put the cover on. C'est la vie).

well. i was going to say that bettas actually live in stagnant water, so no current would actually be the best for him...

then you mentioned the suicide.

sorry to hear that

No biggie.

Woah, thats a good price. Where did you get that tank, I have never seen a 1 gallon look nice like a regular tank before.

Wife gave it to. She said she got it from redenvelope.com. Do a good search for Office Fish tank or something like that.
