A year or so ago, I got some live plants that had snails in them. The first one I saw I thought was a baby mystery snail because is was shaped like one and had a very similar foot print. However, their max size is only about 1/8 inch. They are medium to light grey and the shells are rounded like a mystery.
Also, will the shells from dead ones add calcium to my tank?
I'll try to get a pic but they are so small!
Thanks for any insight!

No, they're not that pointy. More round.

Great pictures but none of them are it. I've searched all over online and can't find anything!
They look just like mystery snails only tiny. I've had them about a year and I can't figure out what they are.

Well, I tried to get a quick picture but it isn't great...I'll try to post another later when I clean the tanks, I'll snag one out of the tank and try again.
They are kind of a mottled grey with light grey or white. The first ones to show up where more solid grey but we have slightly hard water so that may account for the change in coloration...
Again, their footprint is just like an apple/mystery snail.
