Looks like it to me, but you really need a good side view to tell if she's just fat or actually gravid.
Definitely a female, and judging from her overall distension back to her anal fin I would say pregnant and not just a constipation issue or the belly would be more focused near her head IMO.
Pregnant, and the gestation is around a month unstressed, but this can last up to 6 weeks if she is exposed to any stress such as harassment, lack of food, etc., etc.

the lady at the pet store said that she's ready any time now, but i will let you all know what happens.I will even put pic of the babys on here for ya'll to see.
