Welcome to the August 2007 Tank Of The Month competition.


Voting is now open to everybody, one vote only per person.


There will be a limited 14 days voting period, followed by the selection of a winner with the highest number of votes from AquariaCentral.com . If in the instance of more than one winner is selected (same number of votes), a secondary 7 days voting would be held to determine the winner.


The winner of the previous months POTM contest will not be eligible to enter another Photo of the Month Contest for the next three months, to ensure fairness and opportunity for other participants to win.

usually I can narrow it down to 2 and make a choice, but this month I can't decide between 6 different tanks.

Wow...all great tanks...great job to all. I prefer the amazonian type tanks myself. Thanks for the ideas.

#2 All the way! I would have voted for #30 but garbage bag background ruins the look of the tank.

there should be catagories, I don't think that the SW and the FW tanks should be in the same contest, they are too different, and some people are naturally going to be biased toward their favorite type.

I was actually thinking the same thing, but kept forgetting to suggest it.

Saltwater, Freshwater, Planted, paludarium, cichlid, etc. . .

there should be catagories, I don't think that the SW and the FW tanks should be in the same contest, they are too different, and some people are naturally going to be biased toward their favorite type.

As many others have suggested, its quite a good idea in principle, however, you will end up will comps that only have a couple of entrys and then it does not make the comp interesting
