Help!! my 3x 2inch clown loaches are attacking my 2x 1 inch goldfish....They are being chased around the whole 60 gal tank. What is the cause of this? can this be stopped!!?

I think the first thing to point out here is that Goldfish are coldwater...and Clowns are tropical. Goldfish will not do as well in tropical temps as they would in cooler temps, and clowns will not do as well in cooler temps as they would in tropical temps. So they are not really the best mix. You will be either speeding up or slowing down the metabolism of one of the sets of fish.
In answer to your actual question...I would imagine your clowns are just being playful.
