help! identify this disease???

i posted a few weeks ago about my red zebra and having lots of black spots on him. i now have some photos but not very good quality as he is hard to get because he is very skitish. if you can identify this it would be good, also i dont know if its a disease and i dont think that its black spot.
he also has alot more smaller black spots which you cant see in these pics.

I found a website that said the black spots could possibly be ammonia and nitrite burns...basically scabs and while heal in time...

and sometimes they can get black spots from digging or scraping themselves and then the spots turn into scabs and heal over time...:)

and another website going deeper into detail about black spots...but this one is an actual disease...

There doesn't seem to be anything obvious on the fish suggesting illness.
