Here are some pics of the pit we are rescuing/fostering/maybe keeping.

looks like she was trying to eat the cam on the 1st one, and i have that very same water gun 3rd pic down :D likr i said on the mooch post her craigslist maybe someone is looking for her.
 
Stearing clear of craigslist, I live near 2 cities where pit fighting is a semi-problem (it's always a problem to fight dogs but you know what I mean). I do have her posted in a few places with very demanding requirements as to proof of ownership and proof of insurance before I return her.
 
I know we have already become attached and are very torn at what to do, we can't keep her and all of our other dogs BUT she is already trained and is VERY good with the kids. Makes our choices very difficult.
 
That's rough- is there a pit rescue in your area? Maybe someone has called looking for her? I wouldn't post her as found in too public a place either. Too many weirdos. Somebody out there has to be looking for that face though. She has such a sweet expression.
 
There are rescues but none of them are taking dogs, they are full due to people not wanting to pay their insurance. We where pretty much told that since she is an adult she will more than likely get shuffled from rescue to rescue in search of a home and never find one. This is pushing us into a very hard spot since we have 3 other pits and a great dane. We where told that if she was a pup she would find a new home with no problem, this makes it harder as 2 of our pits are pups and could be homed allowing us to give her the forever home she has every right to. BUT in the same token we have an obligation to the pups since we didn't sell them with their litter mates. It is a very hard and sad situation.
 
Those eyes alone would get me to keep her....pplllzzzz help me they say....she is a beauty...and she looks so sad....in the phots...I hope ya will keep her...I know that don't help ya...but ya do have a big yard right...just think about it...and I do hope the parents of that adorable female can locate her for all the things ya are doing to help her get home....:) good luck JOJO:)

so she is the one that gave you and the kids all the loving kisses...thanks for the pix...I went to the other site ya belong to, but I had to be a member...in order to see the pix...and she is just heavenly...her claws look long...
