Crooked Face the Yellow Lab

This guy was included in the 30 or so Cichlids that came in the used tank I got yesterday. Anyone seen anything like this before? I wonder if he swam into the glass to quick or was just born funny?

I think he was either born that way or possibly the water quality was not good when the previous person had him. I had some Pulchers one time and I went overseas for three months leaving my wife to take care of my fish tank which she tried to do, but when I got back some of them were deformed like that. I cleaned the tank out real good and never had any problems with their offspring. So I wonder if it was directly related to the water quality, because none of them were like that before.

He is still a cutie anyway...yup just like everyone else said probably born that way...or the possibility of the water like like Cyp said....:)
