Ok so I had a a pair and I moved them into another tank.Well the dad wouldnt let the mom by the babies so I put him back in the big tank. The babies are swimmers (like 2 weeks now) Can I put the mom back in the big tank? Or should I just leave her in with the babies?

What kind of fish? How big are the babies? Are there plants in the tank? If the babies are free swimming and eating freely they should be alright. The reason I say eating freely is some fish eat small food particles that the bigger fish leave after eating. If that is the case then the mom should be left in the tank with the babies.

You don't need the parents with the fry if the fry are eating on their own.

they are convicts and yes they are eating on their own

If they are eating on there own it should be fine to put the mother back into the other tank.
