Well see i'm new to cichlids so i need alot of help learning about them. I know there are like 12,000 different kinds. so any reccomendations and pointers would help... thx

With good filtration, and the right compatability, you can overstock a cichlid tank, due to the reduced aggression from the fish.

We are running 2 emperors (350 and 280) and we have A LOT of cichlids in our 55 - I've lost count - but it works!
