what would be the best adhesive to stick gravel onto the pvc pipe. thanks

GE I 100% Silicone, make 100% sure it doesnt have any anti mold adhesive in it.

Yup..totally agree with that...the last thing you need is chemicals leaching slowly in to the water column...

Stick 10 100% silicon, and you cant go far wrong..
