that sucks.... one time a few years back I was working late and stopped at the drive-thru of McDonalds. Ordered a Big Mac, fries, Coke, etc. Got home and bit into the Big Mac....all the condiments were in the bun, but no burgers. It was about 10:30 at night and usually when a drive-thru screws up I'll just not bother to go back to rectify. This night I was really agitated, as it was my supper and I was starving. Brought it back & showed the manager who thought it was kinda funny (I wasn't as amused). They replaced the burger, but didn't even offer free fries, Coke, gift certificate or anything.

Aw now that has got to stink! How could you possibly miss the chicken???

Oh Hate when people get my order wrong...

I alwasy try to be super clear on exactly what I want...

Taco Bell always seems to screw up my stuff...

Also, I once had a guy give me a steak gordita when I clearly asked for Beef... and he sat at the window and argued with me... Oh, I was a little beyond angry...

and being hungover and super hungry didnt help either.

So I called corp. and let them know how the individual handled himself and now he's no longer employed by Taco Hell.

... and keeping a job was a stipulation of his paroll... oops sorry...

(jk I dont know if he was on paroll or not, but likely)

Taco bell I had taco bell as the worst place to eat EVER!! BUT I had a craving for it...weird a month or so ago. So after not eating it for idk 4 years plus, I gave in, pretty impressed, when back again. Impressed, Moved up a notch i dare say. Ate there a third time and they screwed up my order gave me the person that was behind me in line (drive through) got home decided to eat it and BAMM it screwed me up internally....Screw taco hell, I wont eat there for another 4 years!! I tend to be more of a hardees, sonic kind of guy

They no longer do the v-cut, and when i have asked i have gotten the following responses

"we arent allowed to do that anymore, I could get fired"
"uhhhh.... you want me to cut the top right off?"
"a what?"

And they also put the meat, ON TOP OF THE TOPPINGS so when you get a giant sub, as I always do, upon taking the first bite, your meat slides right out the side of the bun, since they now slice it down the side.

Another thing, is there freakin visors.
I go into a subway one day, and this attractive, very intelligent(seeming) black girl is at the counter..... she has a very large fro, which didnt bother me inthe least.
being that ive spent the last 5 years working in kitchens, im not too concerned with hairnets and the like.... there are worse things to worry about than some hot broads hair in your sandwich.... if your lucky you will be pulling it out of your shower in the morning anyway.

So i poilietly ask her "shouldnt you be wearing a hairnet, i mean, i could care less to be honest, but wont you get in trouble without one?"
and she says to me, "we dont have hairnets, but I have a hat I can put on" ..... she grabs the hat (read: visor) puts it on, and continues making my sub......... with all of her fro sticking out the top of the visor.

i was stunned, but the sub was amazing.

HARDEES!!!!!!!!!!! Man, I miss those. All the ones in SE Texas closed... sigh. Roast Beef Sandwiches... sigh. I miss the v-cut too.

Speaking of Wendy's and Taco Shell... During one Spring Break (College Staff has to work it) we sent a coworker off with a large taco bell order. She came back VERY late and as we were digging in, she told us how she pulled up and read off our huge order... then the guy at the Wedny's drive through told her how Taco Bell was the next place over.
