My Magnum 350 makes quite a bit of noise. I don't think anything there is anything rubbing, but I'm not 100% sure. It's sort of a vibrating noise, but when I pick it up ( so that the ground) it stops. I know that it's not the sound of the cylinder vibrating against the motor part of the filter. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I thought this filter was quiet :(. Thanks for any help.

Hello GT3050,
I have a Magnum 350 that occasionally acts up. What I do is break down the canister rinse all parts especially the impeller which tends to get clogged and gummed up. Cleaning all parts throughly usually does the trick. However, if your impeller has been damaged, my suggestion would be to contact Marineland for replacement parts.
Hope that helps.:D
