Today I got home from going out and my shrimp were fine... I have been treating the tank for Ich for the last few days (using the Tetra dose) and everything has been fine.

I did a water change today, (about 1/3) of the water, and treated the new water with prime and stress zyme (and 1 tbs of aquarium salt, Platy tank....), and after I added it, the shrimp were laying on their backs in the gravel, barely moving... I waited to see if they would come out of it, but they both died...

Any help with this would be much appreciated, they were doing great since I got them two weeks ago, then all of a sudden this happens...

The meds are a likely culprit. Check the water for salinity and metals. Shrimp are extremely sensitive to copper, in particular. Salt is not needed, and in some instances, is harmful to shrimp. If your fish do need it, perhaps you can setup an invert (shrimp) species tank.

In the future, to be safe, don't use fish medicines, pesticides, or fertilizers in any aquarium that house shrimp. All have a probability of stressing or killing shrimp.
