Hey guys, wanna help me with ideas? LOL

I've set up a small 6.5g display tank on my desk. Black and white salt and pepper sand (4kg of black, 2 kg of white) with one of those plant backgrounds. I did a bit of tweaking with the background to make it look less busy, cutting out most of the bottom where all the foreground plants were.

Anyway, i haven't the faintest idea what I want to keep in it, all I know is I don't want a betta LOL. I also made a small sump for it so all the equipment thats in the tank is two small bits of the pipe, intake and output. The total water capacity including sump takes it up to 8g.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm pretty open LOL.

Thanks
Emma

I looked at that, but the problem is theres nothing available. All I could find is some native aussie shrimp which are fished from the dam, not exactly interesting LOL.
Would also prefer fish

What sort? Sorry should have explained I live in Australia, and there are a tonne of species we cant have, off the top of my head that would include puffers, most species of shrimp, some variety's of crayfish, a few variety's of cichlids etc.

Apart from marine and land hermit crabs, I dont think we have any...

Sorry, I really am not sure. I just saw some at the LFS the other day, and they were really cool looking, distinctive colors(for a crab I guess) and he just crawled up a rock and perched himself right up 'er top.

Heres apic, its a touch cloudy but the backgrounds also set back from the tank so it isnt so vibrant.

Am making a list of what I could possibly stock it with

So far
Bumblebee gobies (5-6, $4 each)
Shelldwellers (2-3, $30 each, touch too expensive)
Guppies (blah LOL, have enough of them)
Small school of tetras
honey gouramis, dwarf gouramis, sparkling gouramis
