What so you feed your frogspawn?

I target feed my frogspawn a variety of foods, including bits of squid, Cyclop-eeze, ChromaPlex, PhyotoPlex, micro-plankton and mysis shrimp. Just make sure you have your powerheads turned off for a little bit while you feed so that the coral can grab on to the food without it getting blown away.
