Dwarf Puffers

Ok, I'm thinking of getting a 6 or 12g nano soon, prefferably the 12g (I'm glad there wasn't much difficulty of persuasion to go from a 2g to 12g :)), and I'm wondering how many hermits I should stock. Here are my lists:
6g: 4 dwarf hermits, 1 trimma goby (?)
12g: 8 dwarf hermits, 1 trimma goby
I'm wondering if I should put 2 trimmas in the 12g? It should be able to support the bioload, seeing as it's usually 4g per inch of fish in SW, and considering there arn't any agression, size, feeding, etc. issues (trimmas are peaceful, small (1"), and supposedly easy to keep?) I'm thinking it might be worth a try. I would prolly get LR, sand, tank, filter, powerhead, skimmer, heater, thermo, salt-measuring thing (lol), etc. on the way back to Yarmouth from Halifax, and then a couple months or so later pick up the hermits (should I only do 5-6 if it's the 12g? It should be okay seeing as their shells are 1/3" long at the store...), then next trip (3 hours drive) pick up 1 trimma, nxt trip the other... Or would it be okay to get both at the same time? They're a max. of 1/2" at the store.
Another concern of mine is that will the trimmas be okay in a 3 (more like 4 after stops, etc.) hour drive? What should I do to transport them back? Thx everyone...
