by the time you get it shipped its 45 dollars.. and you can't put hardly anything in it.

i would recommend against this.. its not a great deal. you could go get a bigger/better one for that.
 
I am picking it up, it is only 10 miles from my apartment.
 
Toss the $ you would have spent on cigs into a jar for 2-3 months. If you were a real chimney, you may be able to afford something like this one

some people prefer smaller tanks.. bigger isnt always better in some opinions.

go for it, sounds like a nice deal to me.. would work out well for a betta or something.
 
You can get a 10g starter kit for the same price and it wouldn't take up *that* much more room, but would allow you many more options for stocking.
 
I reckon you'll quickly wish you had something bigger, so keep up the no smoking for a few more weeks and then double up the tank size :)
