I have two tanks of Malawi Cichlids (africans), and i was talking to a buddy who said he was going to raise the ph in his tank to make their colors come out more. i have had malawis for years and have never worried much about raising the ph.
what kind of results have you all had in doing this? how is it done? is it a lot of trouble or easy? does it really bring out their colors more?
