I have a 20g set up and cycled with 4 von rio tetras and 3 spotted corys. I plan on adding two angelfish in the near future and possibly a loach species. I love the horse face and yoyo loach and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on if I should, or what kind of loaches i should get for my tank.

No yoyo and horse-faced loaches for that tank. Kuhlis are the only ones I can suggest for that size of tank. Keep 3 as the minimum but do not expect the kuhlis to show up quite often. Being nocturnal and shy, it'll involve plenty of time before they set to roam around their new environment. If money permits however, you may have this Yasuhikotakia sidthimunki but do not expect that they will be available in your area. Keep them in groups, not just a single or two.

I wouldn't suggest angelfish for a 20 gallons long-term. How about some apistos instead? 2 angelfish can be a problem especially when they are territorial and can grow quite big for that.

Probably Kuhlis would be your best option. But to be honest I'd wait on the loaches until you got a bigger tank. They are social fish (most of them) and need to be in a good size group, and botias espeically needs lots of current too. I might consider looking at alternatives, like said above its even pretty small for angelfish. There are LOTS of fish out there that are smaller and look stunning, like the apistos that Lupin mentioned. I'd at least consider some other options that would be more suitable:).
