Naw its elodea. Its native around here. But whether it is native or not it is illegal to take plants from waterways so you dont accidentally spread them to other waterways where they may not be naturally.

thsoe wildlife guys can kiss my fish's fins. i take like duckweed and put it in my pond and ive taken water lilies too.

we do have a pond
it have rocks and plants but i'll never get down there and get it
it have water snake and there are something a bout a really big fish or a fish like dragon live in that lake.lol

well anyhoo, you're not the only one who **steals** plants from waterways. I've taken my fair share of duckweed from the local ponds. LOL

Prasites are why I won't do it for a FISH tank but I've been tempted to do a plant tank of wild plants.
