as you all must know i'm makeing a fire bellied toad viv out of a 29 gal
i just want to explian my design and get a little feedback on it

first off im makeing a custom foam backround for the back and left side

in the back left corner there will be a waterfall with a stream connecting it to the water, it will be a bubbleup style

left of that will be a big stone with moss which will be set into foam and i will carve out below it to make a cave

right of the stream will be a few smaller stones also set into foam

and to the right of that will be a dirt/bedabeast section that will be slopeing into the water

in that section will be a peice of slate set into the wall in such an angle that it will make a secluded area for them to sleep and such

i will have 6-8 inches of water

for co2 and o2 i will pile up some rocks and put the airstone under them so it looks like gas is seeping out of the ground

i will use aquarium soil for the water section because it will be planted

thats pretty much it

i also want to know if i could leve froggy eggs in there
will they hatch or will they get eaten?

any feedback is appreciated (negative and positive)

why wont anyone respond
do you all think im a nusiance
well im sorry but just please just respond

Sounds good! Theres no need to remove the eggs from the tank.

Please post pics of your progress

fire bellie toads will be in there along with some experimental fish(minnows)

ill try to get as many pics as possible but i might forget so i apoligize if i dont get them to you

if i plant some plants in the bed a beast section would they die from root rot or something like that
ther will be ferns, mosses, some other amphibious plants, and mabey a venus flytrap and probably some airplants cliped into the backround

thank you, dabruno

i have some moss in my front yard, i think one af the kinds is sphnagum moss
