Ok, so here's the thing. I have heard a lot of conflicting info about activated carbon and I really don't know which info is good.
Good or bad?
The fish freak at PETCO (not that I trust her really) swears that it's bad, but the lady at one of my LFS says that her husban is a marine biologist :dance: and they use it in their store and everything is fine.
Thoughts? Opinons? Random comments?
