Fish Trap??

Hey guys i got a new fish the other day and it turned out not to be a good idea :( he stole my Yellow head jawfish's hideout. anyway i was hopeing to get him out without draging up the live rock. Anyone know of a way to make your own fish trap.

The fish im trying to get out is a pinkbar shrimp goby. Any ideas?
 
You might have an easier time when the lights first come on. The fish will be kind of out of it for a few and they tend to be slower then. Other than that or removing the rocks while cussing I don't personally know of an easy way.
 
What kinda fish did you get and why did your jawfish give it up without a fight? How deep is your sand bed?
