Being very eager to breed, you're only going to have troubles when they begin to terrorize other fish.

Kribensis are very easy to breed, but the pair will bully the other fish non-stop. If you do keep kribs give them plenty of caves. kribs are otherwise very easy to keep

They are generally good community fishes when kept alone (after a few weeks, I had to separate the two females from the tank), but depends on the individual fish. I currently have an angelfish that has grown about an inch from 0.75" and it is the one that bullies the female kribensis that I had put in the 70G first. The same females seems to chase (for a short distance) the emperors... Might have something to do with the colours that the emperors have.

There's a big chance that two males or two females will fight. A pair will terrorize the tank if they are a mated pair (I'm not sure what would happen if they aren't a mated pair, but they might just fight if they aren't compatible).

What size of a tank would they be housed in and what other fishes and creatures are in with them? A breeding pair with two other kribs could result in the other two kribs being injured.

They are relatively easy to breed. The only problem is the aggression that the parents would show when they are guarding eggs, more so if they start guarding wrigglers, and even more so if they are guarding free-swimming babies.

If they are not a mated pair, the superior one will relentlessly bully the other one, which is why its good to keep groups at first. I would hate to discourage you from keeping kribs for the agrresion issues because they really are beautiful and fun to watch fish. just make sure you have enough space to separate them if you need to.

What size tank and what other fish are you talking about?
