I currently have about 15 4" Peacocks and 6 African Cat's. I also have two Placidochromis milomo's. Can I add two Neolamprologus tretocephalus? and/or one Neolamprologus sexfasciatus? and/or six Neolamprologus leleupi? Currently the tank is great and everyone gets along. I really want to keep it that way! Suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I can post pictures if you tell me how--In the mean time--Peacocks are relatively peaceful while some of the others can be aggressive

you first take the picture on the camera then load it up to a picture software(e.i. photobucket) then you can either put the link on a post or you can copy and paste

You don't have to use Photobucket or anything else. Go to the advanced tab, manage attachments, upload picts.
Sorry, I can't answer your orginal question.

adding rockwork to the tank can help lower aggression levels. in such a large tank though, you could add quite a bit more and each cichlid would have enough space

Would love to see pics of the tank. You certainly have room, in 375 gallons, for a a lot more fish in there.
Meanwhile you may have an issue in adding those fish is that the milomo may eat the leilupi, especially as juveniles. But the leilupi's in a tank that size would have reasonable chances, especially with lots of rockwork - make sure there are small tunnells big enough only for the leilupi (the milomos use their mouths to 'seal off' small caves and suction out prey.
I guess you also may have interbreeding issues between the trets and the sexfasciatus which is not ideal. They are pretty much identical in appearance except for the 5 bar/6 bar effect and are both very aggressive. You might be better to pick just one of these and stock one male with 3 females, if you go for the trets, and the same for the sexfasciatus if you chose those, except that when the sexcasciatus pair forms you would generally remove the other females or they would be killed - I don't know if that would be necessary in your size tank.
You have a huge tank but just keep a very very careful eye on the trets, or the sexfasciatus, and be prepared to move 'em out if they look like they're taking over too much of the tank. I have no experience of a tank that size myself.
Finally, a lot of people reccomend against mixing malawis and tangs due to differing behavioural patterns and water chemistry. I would not be unduly concerned regarding the water chemistry issues, as these fish have not been transplanted from the lake, with its particular Ph, Kh, Dh & dissolved mineral content, into your tank, but have likely come from a breeder/LFS tank where none of this is provided - NB always check this.

A 375 gallon tank sounds awesome, but I'm guessing its also a lot of work.

The more water there is the less it can change

With that size tank, it seems you can add them without an issue provided you have adequate decor.

I agree w/ everyone else. You can add a ton of fish to that tank. I have about 35 various haps and peacocks in my 125. Just make sure you have adequate filtration, decor, and oxygen.
