One of my clowns has something on her lower lip.
It looks like a tiny piece of cotton wool.
I have done some searching on the net and it seems like it could be lymphocystis, but this seems to be more commonly associated with tangs, angels and butterflies?!?
She is acting normal, eating like a pig, swimming around and not lethargic in any way.
My other clown is fine and shows no signs of this white 'fluff'.
The only other inhabitant is a Lawnmower Blenny. All three were freshwater dipped before they were each added to the tank.
The tank has liverock, and a DSB, good circulation too.
The tank has only been up for 4-5 days since being transferred out of a smaller 2 foot holding tank after my 6foot tank cracked and died.
The fish werent -physically- injured when it happened, and this 'thing' has only appeared this afternoon.
Her breathing is not laboured either.
Water params are good too!
Any ideas on what it is an how to treat it?
I have given her a FW dip for 3 minutes, didnt seem to make a diff.

My pseudochromis developed something exactly like what you described on it's dorsal fin. From what I can gather, it is either a fungus, or the result of a bacterial infection. If the fish's appetite is still good, then just keep an eye on it and the fish should fight it off on its own. My pseudochromis took 15 days to fight it from the time I first noticed it until I could no longer see it. If it gets steadily worse, you may have to remove the fish and treat in in a QT tank with antifungals/antibiotics.
