View Full Version : Hello, i have a question about firemouth tankmates

Hey, im new and was looking for a website on firemouths and found this forum. I had a male firemouth for around 2 years and decided to breed it and bouth a medium female. They mated and now i have little babies. Now i also have lots of algea and am wondering if it would be safe to put a 4-5 inch pleco in with them. The tank is a 29 undergravel and back filter and divided about 4 gallons. The male is about 6 inches and the female about 3-4?
