City water question

I was looking at my cities water report and had a few questions.
It list Organic Halides, Trihalomethanes, Haloacetic acids, Halocetilenitrites in small amounts and a result of chlorination. Do these have any effects on fish?
If they added chlromine to the water it would be listed correct?
