Well, I have ordered several plants from Aquadise. Overall, my experience has been good.

You generally get a lot, and he sends you some extra. But don't expect perfect plants for $2.99 and free shipping. Sometime they require a little pruning, some maintenance, and in a few weeks you will have a really nice plant. For instance, a marble sword I ordered was in alright condition, I had t prune back some leaves, but in a few weeks, it was a nice healthy plant.

I have bought some java moss from them. I had good luck with them and the plants arrived in great condition. If I ever buy anymore I will probably buy from them. Good prices and free shipping.

I wasn't happy with my order of java moss. got a tiny clump that was mostly brown, and took some time to arrive. pretty much none of it is green today. maybe 3 strands. i gave it more than 7 days to recover and thus forfeited my chance to get a replacement or refund. so i was pretty much screwed on that whole deal.

My conclusion with Aquadise has always been "Why risk it?"

I'm thinking about ordering from them--but through their website. There's no free shipping, but the prices are almost $1 less per item, and shipping is 4.95 priority with live guarantee.

Java moss--3.99 ebay, 1.99 website. Spiral Val--2.99 ebay, 1.99 website. Java fern narrow-4.74 ebay, 2.99 website.

The only thing that bothers me is that the website doesn't say how large the plants are, but ebay does. I'm guessing it's the same, but can't be certain.

I have ordered from them 4 times and you can't beat the free shipping. The plants arrived between 5-7 days after ordering - I'm in NY.

However, the plants were small with the exception of lace java fern, that was a decent clump. I ordered some kind a val and it arrived in poor condition but for $3 I didn't bother contacting them.

I just placed a large order with aquariumgarden.com I paid only $11 shipping and I was very happy with my purchase. Larger plants and a nice variety. They also through in a free plant. I figured I should make a large purchase before it gets cold outside.

It's so hard to find nice plants locally!

I have and do buy plants from them.
There plants always arrive in good shape and they give you some extra stuff every time. They don't really have that great of a selection for me but they have some cool stem plants.
Be aware there plants do usually come with some form of hair algae or staghorn on them even in minute amounts can still introduce into your tank. I always bleach or h2o2 dip there plants before putting in my tanks.

I decided to buy a package of plants from Acuadise for 29 bucks. Incredible number plants. Alas , due to a crummy server, dial up ISP, a couple of forgotton account passwords and 'Murphy's law ' stuff , I was unable to complete the deal.
Bummer. Have not found any other site that compares in price.

well well i see that there is a certain amount of displeased and pleased consumers of aquadise and so i put in an order for one plant too see what i get and the extra mystery plant ohh, so i will see and i will post results here, the plant is a sword plant and i forget which one i bought, but as you browse the aquadise store you see alot of beautiful plants that would draw an unknowing consumer to purchase tons of these plants, so lets hope that they are a pretty reputable buisiness, and if everything turns out great i will reorder more plants, happy fishin..><}}}">

I have had good and bad experiences with them. From what I've been hearing, apparently the original owner has sold the store, regrettably. In the past, I had always gotten either what was specified, or something that was remarkably close (at least, to create the desired effect).

Of this last time:

1 ea. DWARF SAGS NOT PRESENT
1 ea. ECHINO CORD NOT PRESENT
1 ea. ECHINO TENELLUS NOT PRESENT
1 ea. GYMNOCORONIS PRESENT, HEALTHY
1 ea. HYGRO COMPACT PRESENT, DECENT
1 ea. SAURURUS CERNUUS PRESENT, HEALTHY

1. ea unid sword (unable to identify conclusively so far, in decent to good health. Bounced back quick).

Unstead of the dwarf sag, they replaced with, yes you guessed it: Ophiopogon japonicus, or as the more common name is known, Mondo grass. Good luck growing that submersed! There was also an unidentified ground cover, but it was literally mush - there was nothing living about it.

To their credit, when I contacted them same day, they refunded me same day, with no questions about it, and I did not need to provide a picture.

Wrong plants, but I was refunded for those missing. Good? No - enough to make me very leery of ordering from them again. And, I believe this to have been the first time since when I believe the store to have been sold.

Quite frankly, I've shipped enough to be pretty sure that this was not a timing issue with whatever the groundcover was. It was not just dead - it was partially decayed (and I isolated several large patches of algae - a bad sign). It's my opinion that the difference that the extra 2 days I might have shaved off would have made no difference.

The guarentee would have only been good had I ordered that specific species, in that I would have gotten the money back - I'm pretty confident in saying that I think it would be doomed either way. I don't think it would have saved the plant in any way.
