Thats NOTHING, I live in an apt complex and when I was getting ready to leave for work in the morning (yest) there was a bowl w/ water and a bag of gravel sittin at the end of the steps (the steps to lead to my apt) I guess they knew I have several fish tanks. It was left w/ NASTY water in 90 DEG weather!!! I took it upstairs and cleaned the bowl and changed the water out he is doing fine. I dont really want to keep him in a bowl as I have my red crowntail in a 2.5G w/ heater and filter. Now I got to run out and buy a tank and filter media. Sad that people do cruel things to animals.
