Help

I just had some clowns dropped in my lap and have to quickly set them up.

I put them in an empty 16g with 10lbs of live sand and a penguin 200 filter off of my cichlid tank.

What do I need to do to keep these guys alive?

I know that fishy cycles aren't good, but I'm stuck with it.

Do I need to add a powerhead to the tank? Live rock? Skimmer?

I'm totaolly new to sw and need all of the help that I can get.

I keep marine salt in the house. I matched salinity and ph to the container that the fish are in.
