has anyone ever had white ribbon how was it and what does it need to survive

It needs dry soil, regular waterings, and plenty of fresh air...Put it in a pot and set it in the window. It doesn't like direct sunlight...Oh yea, it's not an aquatic plant...:dance2:

well thats good to know cause my lfs was selling it today. they have these tubes and the plants are in this gel stuff and it says on it live aquatic plants

Yea, they often do that. You should usually be wary of anything they sell in those tube containers, unless you know for sure that it is aquatic. Really you should look up anything you are going to spend your money on, especially when LFS are notorious for stuff like this. I still think it makes a good houseplant....:perv: :)
