Hello everybody for starters all the recent postings (after intro) have been made by my son Alex under my username (jtburf)...Not a problem as I monitor his postings but I just took some new pictures of "His" 55 gallon so I'm posting them ...


Thanks for all the kind words and on "His" 55 and new 135, the Bank (me) has chosen to go with a full blown Discus setup just wanted to clear the air.


He is a good kid so be nice to him...lol..

Nice,now post some pics of that full blown Discus tank too !:drool:
I just set up a 125 Discus tank and will most likely be moving some of my Discus into their new home this week.
The only dissapointment I currently have is with my heaters. I purchasesd 2-200w Visa Therm Delux and I can't maintan a proper temperature. i had 1 heater in the sump and the other in the tank. Now I have both in the tank.I might try taking my 300w heater out of my 55gal and switching to see if that helps:confused:

Looks Great clean water is very difficult to achieve
