Yeah that Firemouth is really nice, and that Dovii OMG that is one beautiful fish to say the least. I wish I had like a 500 gallon tank to house larger Cichlids in.

Sorry to drag this thread back up, but I haven't been here in a very long time. I saw this thread about firemouths and wanted to put up a pic of a little feller I know of. In all my 20+ years of doing fish, I have yet to see one like him. Believe me, I've looked at every pic I can find, too. Lucky for me I own him! These pics are raw, untouched photos, no enhancing. Too many pics get the PhotoShop treatment.

what color paint did you use i might get that tone and splash it on some of my firemouths

can i have him i will look after him realy well i promise he can have a 4ft to him self or maybe a lady friend;) ;)
