I have a 29g tank tall one, 2 blue damsels, 1 domino damsel, 2 clown fish, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 feather duster, 10 hermit crabs.
At first the domino was not happy with him but after an hour they seem okay, everything seems normal except with the domino it has always been agresive with the blue damsels :headshake2: thinking of getting rid of it really, its getting really big.:eek3:

So any info on this fish would be greatly taken :)

It looks a bit like a pearl scaled angel (Centropyge vroliki) to me. I know there are many variants and hybrids. Try this link http://www.wetwebmedia.com/centropyge2.htm third from the bottom.

Never heard of it being called a Pearl scaled angel before. I have always heard Half-black or Vrolik's angelfish--Centropyge vroliki.

I know it as a Half Back or Vroliks as well and as you have already guessed it needs a bigger home.

Wow thank you, :) I feel that its taking its sorrounding very well I hope I'm not stressing the fish by having it in my 29G tank.

Its found a home in the rocks so I hope it all goes well.

The one thing I worried about is that they are prone to ick, so how would I be able to tell if its safe or not?

Thank you for your time.

Well, the way to tell is to not put it in your display tank until it has been in a QT tank for a few weeks. He looks very fat and happy, are you planning on a larger tank any time soon?

Yes but not for like 6-8 months...
