Is it bad if my Sebae Anenome is turning brown?
 
Quite to the contrary. White "sebae" anemones (usually Heteractis crispa) are actually unhealthy. They have lost their symbionts which provide them with nourishment. The fact that yours is beginning to turn brown means that it is recovering well (and regaining the zooxanthellae in its tissues). Keep up the good work.
