Silly question, I'm sure. I provide calcium for my apple snail through vacation feeders. Would it be feasible to throw a small vacation feeder in my saltwater tank to provide my margarita snail with some calcium? I've noticed she has barely grown in these past few months..
Thanks!

What is the calcium level in your tank?

I honestly haven't a clue. It's a small pico tank (2.5), and has been set up for 4 or so months now. It currently houses a pepperint shrimp, a red-legged hermit crab, and the snail. The hermit crab and peppermint shrimp have molted quite a few times, if it makes any difference. I haven't experienced a loss yet.

I'd not dose anything you haven't tested for.

I'd just switch to a reef salt, like Reef Crystals.

Agreed.

Before I uselessly restarted my cycle, I had 6 Astreas in my tank and they all showed signs of growth.
