Today I was changing the water with my python on my 92 gal. Well I adjusted the tap temperature and everything seemed fine but as I got towards the end I noticed the temperature had changed 5 degrees in the tank on the cooler side. Will this make my fish sick? What do you think the chances are of them being alright they were in great shape before the water change. All I can figure is my water heater lost temperature when I was filling the tank. Man I am a wreck now.

I would think you will be fine. Your heater should make the drop in tempature up in about 24 hours. It's probably easier on fish for the temp to drop than go up.

something very similar happened to me about a week ago, i let my heater go to work and haven't had any probs with my fish.

you might actually insite breeding behavior. Stimulates alot of fish when you add cooler water.
