Diary of a 10 gallon planted tank

well, i enjoyed the last time i kept a record of my aqaurium here, so now that i am starting a 10 gallon tank, i thought id follow suit.

here we go!

hardware:

tank is standard 10 gallon with hood and incandescent light- 2 screw-in 50 watt cf 5500k bulbs.
heater is a whisper 10 submersible (nice little guy)
filter is eheim liberty 2041 (150 gph) with aqauclear biomax inside.
substrate is seachem tidal gray coast.

plants:
1 amazon sword
2 rangeri sword plantlets
1 anubia coffefolios on lava rock
wisteria
small sword

fish:
2 julii cory cats- 1" each
1 mogurnda goby- 1" (a baby)

okay....
 
just setup today with established water from another tank.

all looks good!

fish are up in the air at the moment. GBR maybe, but they seem fragile.

diy co2 will be done and lighting will be upgunned soon. cf hood or another screw in light strip maybe.
 
sounds great! but.. where are the pics??
 
well, the tank has been setup for roughy 1 weeks now. the current residents are a mogurndo goby and a gold gourami.

both fish are happy and healthy.

gonna test the water tomorrow. should be good though.
