How well do fish see light? Do they see light at all?

I have a false Percula Clown, its color are white with orange of course. I use a syringe to feed it. The syringes color is dark orange, kind like the color of the Percula Clown. Now every time I go feed the fish, he always tries to play with the syringe, does it see the orange color? It's not so much for the food, because it will eat the food and then play with the syringe.

Do they see light, does this clown light orange color or are they just what their name suggests "clowns."

Yes, fish can see color.
Now, can all fish see color? I doubt it, but the one you mentioned certainly can.

Cool video! I live in a coastal lake town and all the fisherman are convinced that different color lures work at different times.

Trout, definitely prefer different color flies at different times.
