My tank has a hood which can only take 2 light blubs. It currently has 2 24" long 20W T-8's that have a diameter of 1". On my 30 gallon tank. I want to get some plants in my tank. Any one think this is enough or do i need more? Is it possible for someone to show me what im looking for and the propduct itself please?

That is either 40 or 36 watts. A little more than one watt a gallon. How old are the bulbs? If they are 9 months or more I would replace them with something in the 6500-10,000 range. You will be able to grow a variety of low light plants. (Anubias, crypts, Jave moss, Java fern).

Good luck!!
