What bulb would you guys reccomend for a 2.5g low tech no co2, probably ferts planted tank.
I have a a normal screw in lamp fixture that i ripped out of my cousins ceiling and rewired it..(it was hanging, their replacing it with a strip fluorescent light too.)
So what is a good screw in cf?
and for planted tanks i need 5000+k?
i normally only see lumens oin the oackages, where i can i find the k's?

A 10-15w 6500k spiral compact. You can probably find them at walmart for a few bucks.

if a reg bulb can fit then a screw in power compact should fit.
