i was looking for the cheapest gravel and bought "filpro gravel" at lfs
it was $12,99 for 50lbs
however i read back side of the gravel bag says this product contains silica dust and silica dust may cause lung damage and cancel if u breath it.

i got scared after i read it while i washing it
is filpro gravel right for aquarium?
is it safe after i once wash it?
should i use it or not

If it is for aquariums i would think its safe, wash it very well, as with any gravel...........:)

Silica dust is harmful if INHALED by air breathers (like you, not yer fish). If you rinse the sand/gravel...no dust, right? any remaining dust will settle out or be filtered out.

FYI this is a standard "CYA" disclaimer you will find on a bag of almost anything at the home improvement store...

The sand and gravel in my tanks had similar warnings...
