135 gallon tank. All of the fish I have are young fish so they have alot of growing to do.
So am I stocked out or could I add something else?
Fish are
2 maroon and gold clowns
1 yellow tang
1 salifin tang
1 hippo tang
1 picasoo trigger
6 green chromis
1 foxface
1 blenny
1 green spotted mandarin
I am going to add more rock to the tank later and after I am done with the fish buying then I wont to start on adding more corals to the tank..I have put off buying corals so I could buy the fish.
I wonted to know because if you think I could add another or maybe a few others then I wouldn't feel bad if I went to the store and found one of those I HAVE to have fish..lol
Sounds fully stocked if not a little over to me. How are they all getting along?

Thanks Grins..I was thinking I was stocked if not over stocked but wasn't for sure.I have a real bad tendency to over stock..
Guess if I see that OMG I have to have if fish I will look the other way..
Now I will start stocking with some corals and more rock.Wow do we ever get done with our tanks? lol
All the fish get along great. My picasoo is a sweet heart, the yellow tang and foxface are joined at the hip.The clowns are still so little but wow they have big attidues. If the yellow tang gets near their home they will fight it out and the tang is 5 times their size.My sailfin, there is just something about that fish that makes her my favorite of them all,,behind the picasso of course.Of and my hippo that was soo tiny in one pic I posted awhile back..She has grown so big so fast and is probaly the most layed back fish I have.

15 fish in a 135 is borderline IMO

I would vote for overstocked. That picasso and that foxface are probably going to cause problems when you stick corals in there also. The picassos that I have had like biting pieces of my live rock off and carrying them around the tank. He did that to my chocolate chip starfish too so I gave the starfish away. :)
Foxface rabbitfish are bad for "picking" also.

I think you're a bit overstocked if anything. Tangs might fight as they mature.

tangs should be ok i think, but watch the achilles with the hippo.
Paracanthurus hepatus (blue hippo) is a sub race of Acanthurus which is what the achilles is under. They may fight as they get older.

So far my picasso is a sweet heart he bothers nothing.I have snails, hermits,a cc,a brittle star and all in there and he hasn't bothered anyone. My CC likes to get on top the algae clip and eat so all my fish inculding the picasso will go to the clip and nudge the cc to lift his leg so they can get a bite of algae. It is really cute to watch..
I realize the picasso could be a problem when he gets older and I will watch for that but right now I can't imagine my tank with out him.
The foxface has nipped at my feather dusters but once I moved them to the other side of the tank he stopped so maybe he wont bother anything. It is funny cause my fish seem to prefer one side of the tank to the other.

like most triggers, picassos start off shy and docile, but before to long become more agressive with size. Picassos are genereally known to be in the medium range of agression when it comes to carnivorie species of triggers.
More agressive species include
queen
clown
titan
undulated
less agressive species include
niger
black (indian) trigger
and other planktivore species of triggers.
it is not uncommon for them to start off shy and docile, but get more and more agressive.
Not saying this necessarily will happen, just that it is pretty common for it to do so.

Hey missc4. It has been awhile. It seems like everything is going pretty well. I like to overstock my tanks (as long as things have swimming room). You just have to pay a little more attention to the levels in the water and possibly do some extra water changes here and there. I am about to get a picasso and I am very excited.

I have 2X250watt MH 10K and 4X54watt T5 actinic Supliments. I don't think the Metal Halides are on in the photo.
Also the Achilles runs my tank. He can pretty much put any fish in check. Also my tank has a rule ... You can only bother fish less expensive than yourself.
Watanabe - Queen of my tank
Helfichi - Princes
Achilles - King badass monster
Hippo - Price
and so on.... I'm a dork.

Hi txaggie,,yes it has been awhile..I do tend to over feed so to make up for it I over stock so that I am not over feeding anymore..lol.I test my water reguarly and haven't had any problems so far.
Saltdunc posting some pics..They all have lots of swimming room because they are so young but that fools me in to buying more..
I am so hoping my picasso says just the way he is cause I really love him and I do believe before I would get rid of him I would get a tank just for him.lol
